traditional Fayoum breakfast was delicious! We appreciated the helpfulness of Mr. Zakaria, Mr. Ekramy (sp?) and the other staff.

The remote controls on the TV in our room didn't work well, but Mr. Zakaria was helpful in getting it worked out.

When I asked for a quiet (non-street facing room), they provided an upgraded room for free. Nice garden, very delicious and rich breakfast

The garden and the pool are both beautiful and the view from our bedroom window (Deluxe room, 2 single beds). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There is one member of staff who speaks English and he went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome.

The restaurant did not have much on the menu especially for breakfast - only Egyptian breakfast was available (no bread, no milk, no hot chocolate, no orange juice).

Tunis is a lovely place in Egypt, especially in Ramadan when it is quiet and relaxed. The complex is in a walled garden which is nice to spend time in. The pool is in a separate area and hard to find so make sure you look for it because it's great!

Shower pressure low and you have to turn on the heater outside the bathroom - temperature of the water was too hot. The mosque is close by and very loud with a distorted speaker.
