We liked everything! The food is very very good. The rooms are very nice. There is a pool. the location is amazing.

The pool was a little bit cold.

Al tener eventos en el hotel ,la gente que estaba en ellos ,accedía a zonas del hotel donde estaban las habitaciones asomándose a zonas privadas

El lugar es de ensueño, nos tocó una noda durante el fin de semana pero no fue muy molesto.

El desayuno, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas ponen tres cosas y se acaban y hay que estar pidiendo. Me pareció muy escaso, el personal encantador. Pero si hay tres turnos y en el último añgo tan básico como pan o croissant de bolsa no hay, pues no merece la pena. Tengo la sensación que el negocio debe estar en las bodas, el huésped más habitual no debe rentar tanto, una pena.

Am apreciat în mod deosebit amplasarea acestei locații, o zonă retrasă și liniștită, cu aer curat și peisaje superbe. Personalul a fost, în general, amabil, iar curățenia generală a fost bună. Deși la prima vedere selecția de la micul dejun poate părea minimalistă, preparatele calde se pregătesc rapid la cerere, așa că recomand cu încredere să apelați la personal pentru o experiență culinară reușită. Camerele au un stil rustic foarte plăcut.

Există însă câteva aspecte ce pot fi îmbunătățite pentru a ridica standardul ospitalității. În primul rând, serviciul de room service nu se ridică la nivelul așteptărilor; preparatele comandate în cameră au dat senzația unor produse de tip fast-food semipreparat și congelat (cum au fost pizza sau cartofii), lipsind atenția la detalii în bucătărie, carnea din burger fiind crudă, gătită parțial. De asemenea, cred că gestiunea rezervărilor online necesită mai multă atenție. La sosire ni s-a oferit o cameră din altă categorie decât cea rezervată, însă problema s-a rezolvat ulterior în mod favorabil în urma discuției purtate cu un manager. Nu în ultimul rând, pentru un confort deplin, unele băi ar necesita mici renovări, în special în zona dușurilor.

La atención de recepción, la habitación increíble, el desayuno perfecto, la cama comodisima y la piscina en la habitación lo mejor.

We had an upgrade to a room with a private plunge poll which made the stay.

Breakfast in a function tent which was cold, staff in and out and not that attentive for a four star. We booked an evening meal which was ok. I thought the nouvelle quisine fad was over. Our main was not a proper balanced dish. Ask what the dishes consist of.

Everything was wonderful apart from the restaurant experience. My elderly father had a fall during the night and the out of hours receptionist was efficient and kind. The environment is so tranquil and pretty.

We had high hopes for dinner in the restaurant on what was the last night of our road trip but we were extremely disappointed. There were a number of items not available from the menu when we tried to order and the accompanying dish for the main course for two of us did not arrive and we were told it wasn't available and we should have been given potatoes instead but weren't. It was very expensive for what it was. I complained but was told that they were just the front of house staff and the kitchen was to blame.
