Es demasiado caro para no tener servicios y no hay donde dejar las cosas en el baño. Una simple estantería lo solucionaría. Además de que cada vez que me duchaba se encharcaba el suelo debajo del lavabo

Lovely design, spotless and well located. Check in and out very easy.

No toiletries in one of the rooms and only soap in the other.

The location was very good for the main city centre. Quiet pedestrian only street. Bed made and laundry changed regularly. Aircon system good. Building clean. Fridge good size. Thick towels.

Because we had already paid in full we had to continue our 10 day stay in the ground floor Queen Suite. The old website pictures do not reflect the current state. This below street level room was damp and smelt of mould when we arrived and that continued during our stay. The room had not been aired properly and even though sheets were changed during our stay they always felt damp. By the end of our stay our clothes felt damp. Kettle and coffee machine were located in communal hall area. Bathroom was style over function, showing signs of age. No toilet roll holder, or shelving at all - we had to use external courtyard window sill as the shelf. The backlit mirror was ineffective for actual day to day use. No toiletries supplied apart from a small glass bottle of something that could have been soap, shampoo, hand lotion (no label on bottle). The courtyard - plants were so big they had outgrown the planter and reduced the small sitting area significantly. When we arrived one of the two mouldy 'director' type chairs was broken and the small table was also mouldy. (these were not the chairs and table in the website pictures). Old water sat in the plant pots and attracted flies.

The location is excellent, and the decor is nice

The room is terribly humid (the bedding feels moist!), there was a kettle, but its spout was squashed, the pedal rubbish bin was broken, there were live wires poking out of the wall in the bathroom, the joins in the basin were mouldy, there was nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, there was no staff on site.

Charming and very helpful staff who could not do enough to look after us

Really comfy beds and stylish room. Amazing TV in room and lovely shower. Mini fridge and safe in room which is a bonus. Fresh towels everyday. Increíble location in beautiful street.

There could be a kettle in the bedroom with 2 mugs.

Clean and nicely decorated rooms, coffee nespresso machine for a quick coffee and kettle for making tea. great location on very quiet pedestrian only street very close to the main square. we had booked a house nearby which was terrible and then booked this last minute and where very happy! staff are really lovely too! no one onsite but we where met and shown in the room and had support by text if we needed it. would recommend

The room is cute ! Small but really nice decorated with everything might need in a short stay!
