Great location. Very central but on a quieter street. Comfy bed and overall was aesthetically pleasing.

When I arrived, the place stunk of mould and damp. I had to leave the window open to air it out and even thought about finding another place to stay as it felt really unhygienic. By day two (window left open, bathroom ventilator left on), it did smell better. One of the sinks was completely blocked but luckily there were two. The place has potential but it needs care.

Clean modern design. Location excellent for access to lively historic centre.

No drinking glasses, oversized bath sheets, though well intentioned, just don’t work - they don’t dry out; The glass bottle of liquid soap with a cork stopper sitting at the bottom of a very trendy stone tough looks great but a pump action bottle would be a lot more practical and a plug for the basin would be useful for those who want to wash their face.

Clean, new, comfortable, great location, modern, good size room and large shower

Curtains let a lot of light in. Can be very noisy with people walking up and down the stairs, and wooden floors cause a lot of noise from rooms above.

Liked the location near restaurants and shopping.

Hotel advertised internet. It was not working. For 2 days we informed staff it was not working and they said they would fix it. It wasn't fixed and they never asked if they solved the problem. Gave up and went to an internet cafe 5 minutes away. Also, bathroom had no shelf for toiletries so getting organized was difficult. Room was definitely overpriced for what was offered.

Mould everywhere. Not very clean

The mold in the bathroom smell awful and the dust and crumbles from the ceiling kept falling down every time someone pass by
