Nos gustó lo que el sitio es bastante diferente, como una mansión antigua reformada. Tiene todo lo necesario - nevera, cocina común, lavadora. Es super tranquilo y las ovejas son un encanto de verdad.

Un poco más de información por parte del personal. Por ejemplo, no entendíamos cómo acceder a la cocina común y que en la manilla había un código. No siempre es fácil adivinar estas cosas.

-Entorno rural alejado de todo -Edificio antiguo, en mal estado, muy descuidado y con una decoración extraña -Poco acogedor -Poca iluminación, desde donde aparcas el coche hasta entrar en el edificio no hay luz -Increíble la humedad en la habitación -Se salía todo el agua de la ducha llegando a inundar todo el baño y la habitación -Nada que ver a lo descrito en booking ni a las fotos -La atención es nula y no nos dio opción a nada por lo que finalmente pasamos una noche y tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento.

Very nice traditional farm with a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The yard is full of cute sheep wandering around. The star of the farm is a very cute orange cat, which is really friendly and follows you around everywhere, so make sure you bring some treats for her. There is a big parking lot so no issues with parking. The farm is isolated and the closest town, Manacor, is around 10 mins away. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and is equipped with a full kitchen. At night, the yard has a movie atmosphere, with all the lights turned on and there are owls sitting on top of the main building, which can look a bit scary but we loved it. There's also self check in and check out. This accommodation might not be for everyone, since it's very different from a regular accommodation, but we loved it and would definitely return.

The whole farm looks a bit neglected and could use a renovation and a clean up because there's sheep poop everywhere. The sheep are a bit dirty and some of them also look neglected and in need for more love and care. Cell reception is almost non existent other than a few spots where you can get one line of signal. Wifi hasn't worked for the first days but got fixed a day before check out. There's AC in the apartment, but it doesn't work properly, not being able to cool the room as it should.

Le lieu est hors du temps. Nous avons passé 4 jours vraiment très agréables. Le calme est délectable dans cette île où tout semble bruyant. La chambre est propre et avec du charme. La cuisine est équipée et relativement propre. Pas de climatisation mais largement assez de ventilateurs pour passer une très bonne nuit (nous y étions en septembre donc il faisait sûrement moins chaud qu’en juillet).

L’eau de la douche s’écoule très très mal… Impossible de se laver si on n’écope pas en même temps… Le réseau n’est vraiment pas bon (mais au moins on est déconnecté😀). Nous n’avons jamais vu le personnel et la gérante (qui était cependant très agréable par message).

L'amfitriona ha estat super amable i ens ha donat facilitats per tot. Tot el personal de la casa molt atén i agradable. Entorn rural molt tranquil.

La casa queda una mica aïllada del poble i l'accés no és massa àgil (carretera molt estreta i dues tanques que cal obrir i tancar cada vegada) cosa que fa que sigui un lloc poc pràctic si el que es vol fer és turisme per l'illa. A la casa hi havia bastants escarabats, tant als espais comuns com a les habitacions. La cuina i el menjador són compartits amb tots els hostes i nosaltres vam detectar que ens havien tocat i consumit un part d'un parell d'aliments.

L"absence d'hôte sur place, les poubelles renversées par les brebis et non sécurisées (c' est pourtant assez simple de prévoir un espace qui ferme et qui soit assez grand). La.vaisselle un peu limitée : pas de bols

The decoration has a particular style that looks appealing in the Booking photos, but in reality, this is an old and neglected farmhouse with many difficulties if the stay is longer than just a couple of days. We stayed for ten days, and although it would be expected (and is unacceptable otherwise) to have at least one cleaning during this time, we had none at all. We never met the hosts in person; they were completely absent during our entire stay. The only thing we received were the entrance codes to the farmhouse. This created a lack of security, as anyone booking through Booking could just appear as your neighbor without any presence or supervision from the hosts. The situation became unbearable, and we had to leave on the sixth day. In addition, there was nowhere to hang wet clothes (swimsuits, towels, etc.), and for the first time during a holiday, we had to wash our own towels in a public laundromat in Manacor in order to reuse them. Overall, the property does not have the facilities for a comfortable and decent countryside stay. Last but not least, although being surrounded by sheep may sound idyllic, in reality the animals were everywhere, as were their droppings, which no one seemed to clean.
