Contratamos varias habitaciones en este hotel para que la novia y su familia se hospedaran con motivo de su boda. Desde el inicio, la administradora nos puso inconvenientes por todo. Tuvimos que pagar costos adicionales para acceder al servicio de limpieza; además, no había desayuno incluido ni la opción de contratarlo, a pesar de que en las fotos se muestra lo contrario. El lugar se encuentra en muy mal estado, más parecido a un agroturismo abandonado que a un hotel. Al llegar, nos encontramos con un descuido alarmante, pese a que sabían que íbamos por una ocasión tan importante. El patio estaba completamente cubierto de excremento animal, lo que evidenciaba la falta de mantenimiento desde hacía meses (algo que incluso confirmaron los propios empleados). La familia de la novia, que había viajado desde muy lejos, terminó teniendo que hacerse cargo del mantenimiento y la limpieza durante su estancia. El trato de la administradora y dueña fue insoportable hasta el último momento: lleno de escenas desagradables, actitudes intimidatorias y comportamientos que convirtieron lo que debía ser una semana especial en una experiencia muy amarga. Para ilustrar el nivel de falta de profesionalidad: llegó a llamar insistentemente al novio hasta el mismo momento en que caminaba hacia el altar. Definitivamente, no recomiendo hospedarse aquí, ni para una ocasión importante ni para unas simples vacaciones. En Mallorca existen muchas mejores alternativas, con instalaciones cuidadas, trato profesional y personal cualificado de hospitalidad, donde sí saben acompañar al huésped y no arruinarle la experiencia.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, weit weg von Allem. Sehr süß hergerichteter Bauernhof mit umherlaufenden Schafen.

Dadurch, dass es nun mal ein hergerichtetes altes Gebäude ist, muss man Abstriche mache wie z.B. eine Klimanlage. Es gibt auch viele Ameisen im Zimmer. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sehr schwierig, weil sie den Booking-Chat nicht verwendet. Überprüft unbedingt, ob eure Handynummer noch die richtige ist bevor ihr anreist, sonst wird sie euch die Check-in-Informationen einfach nicht bereitstellen. Der Telefonempfang ist bei der Unterkunft sehr schlecht, dass Telefonieren mit ihr auch quasi nicht möglich war.

I like this place, we enjoyed the stay. A beautiful setting with animals and a lovely sunrise in the morning.

Facilities were okay, although I would appreciate having my own kitchen facilities. The staff rushed us out not very nicely. We had children etc .. it wasn't quite nice.

Idylliskt boende med en hemtrevlig känsla. Bekvämt med ett gemensamt kök som har allt man behöver. Fint både inne och utomhus, fräscht och med vackra vyer. Mysigt med djur på gården. Vi stortrivdes!

Det fanns en hel del myror inomhus, kanske något man kan förvänta sig och det störde oss inte så mycket, men de tog sig in i kylen.

Need a car to get around if staying here - it’s about 90 minute walk to nearest town. Was very peaceful and beautiful setting. Room was comfortable. Host was responsive to WhatsApp messages.

Didn’t see any staff for the whole week. There were quite a lot of ants and flies everywhere and the bins were inadequate. We were very meticulous with cleaning and not leaving any food in the room but there were still a massive amount of bugs. However we loved having the cats and goats around ☺️

It is a renovated farm so it was absolutely lovely. Sheep everywhere and very quiet. The apartment was big and the bathroom very modern. It is quite far into the countryside so you must have a car to get in and out! Nearest city is 10-15min driving and it has everything you need! The place is well furnished and decorated!

The apartment was quite hot because under the roof and there was no AC. There were lots of flies but no mosquitoes (mid-june) so we were able to open the windows at night (cooler). It is self check-in, there is no staff at the property so, if you want to know how to get in, you MUST put your WhatsApp number (which i did not know and almost got locked out)! That's where you'll get all the info. It is a DIY place and, in the kitchen, it can be a problem, since some people were leaving their dirty dishes on the side of the sink and with all the flies around it was a bit disgusting. There is a dishwasher but no-one turns it on. We were the only ones turning it on and emptying it. Also, when the dishwasher capsules ran out, the housekeeping staff did not refill so we could not use it anymore.
