it had a few different facilities, a shop, private sky lounge and spa, it’s just a shame they don’t tell people about the facilities at check in so you can utilise them

there was a terrible banging noise every night coming from the sky lounge, I didn’t have one night sleep. I did mention this multiple times to the reception staff and they just said they couldn’t do anything about it. so I recommend not staying on 4th floor if you can help it

Not worth paying for this price for the all inclusive as the food is very bad (and no healthy choices outside the very limited variety of basic sliced cucumber and tomato)… so you end up eating in restaurants anyways. Included drinks are okay, not great. The hotel is outdated and needs urgent maintenance! In our apartment, parts of wall light were missing (leaving an exposed light bulb on the wall), shower fixtures were broken and fell apart each time when used, curtains by windows were very dirty and the shower curtain seemed ancient and was smelly - to name a few. The outdated state of the hotel is very obvious and management should not need customer feedback to initiate action.
