Chatur Playa Real Resort

Excellent staff very helpful, arranged my specific requirements swiftly and efficiently.

Not as advertised and fell well below the expectations of a regular visitor to the Playa Real. The only bar open in the evening was the pool bar and was required to drink from paper cups. In previous years I had become accustomed to a choice of indoor bars, with regular performers for guest enjoyment. If this is alteration to the facilities is permanent, I regrettably will not be returning to the Playa, a shame as I have enjoyed several holidays there in recent years. My concerns were expressed to the management at the time,without resolution.

I found our room and staff very helpful. The state of the pool area and restaurant was really disgusting. Guests have no respect when it comes to rubbish on the floor and the staff should be more conscious of this and hire more staff to go round cleaning up. We saw cockroaches round the pool. The restaurant is so noisy it’s like being in a school canteen. Definitely not a 4 star establishment.

Staff were amazing, very helpful, whatever we needed they were always there for us. Food in the general all inclusive restaurant was very tasty, plenty of choice, a lot of it. All clean and comfortable.

A la carte restaurant - poor quality, very poor variety, very disappointing. The gym was not really well equipped and only opened from 10 till 18, the hottest hours of the day, while I wanted to use it early in the morning. Terrible whisky...

Staff were brilliant and the facilities were great.activities were fun and well planned out.

The lifeguards at the pool (while a tough job to do) could have been a bit more lenient with the kids with their lilos etc.

The hotel was exceptionally clean the staff were constantly cleaning
