Chatur Playa Real Resort

The apartment was spacious and very clean

Only having one key card to enter room , it meant we couldn't charge our phone when we would leave the room as we had to take the card with us.

The staff was really nice. The room was ok and clean but we were only two of us in a family room and had to walk a long way from the reception. We are couple over 70 years old.

You advertise wifi connection but there was not any. We had to do some work using the wifi which was not possible.

Food average and repetitive. Hotel dated No green space - needs more plants etc Italian restaurant to pre book had very little all inclusive options and dessert was chocolate or strawberry ice-cream !

Bedroom was a very poor decor. The painting looked like it had been done by a two year old child. The room had a glass panel divider, and lots of paint on the glass. There was a dangerous step from the bedroom to the lounge. Furniture on the balcony needs upgrading. Overall the furniture was basic and needs upgrading

The area outside was nice for everybody

All the staff were very friendly and professional. The all inclusive restaurant served nice food, which was well presented. One of the pools was heated therefore it was a comfortable temperature most of the time (visited in Feb). The hotel wasn't too big or vast which we appreciated and overall it was ideal for young children. We will definitely consider this hotel again.

They could improve the food offering by including more vegetarian main dishes.

food & drinks- plenty of selection for breakfast, snack bar, lunch and dinner, room was clean, bed comfortable, clean towels daily, large room (suite)

only down side was the hot food could have been much warmer as was a little cold
