Very friendly and helpful host, beautiful location, very close to Segovia. They have a comunal kitchen if you need it, it has everything in it. Great place for a price you pay.

Was not very clean, full of spider webs and so on. with a bit better cleaning this place would be excellent

Staff was SO nice. I felt really welcomed and assured that if I needed anything Victoria could help. I also liked the communal dining area where I could put a few things in the fridge, the room was large with a nice bathroom, and the heating worked really well.

No complaints. I absolutely would stay here again!

Nice location, with a lovely river and sweet view from the balcony. Clean and the kitchen is very appreciable!

Strong smell of synthetic vanilla cinnamon clove interior perfume which gave me a headache, very poorly insulated building in terms of noise. Passable staff, not at all available and showing signs of stress. I relied on the reviews, which were very good. I didn't feel that way. Disappointing...

The bar and restaurant down stairs was perfect for dinner after a long 8 hour drive. Stated open late and the food was amazing. The family apartment that we had was huge and had everything that we needed

Nothing really

The price was unbelievably low, and I didn't expect too much. The host was charming, the tortilla and pork scratchings in the bar were excellent, and I felt confident about parking my car, full of luggage, on the road outside the hotel. This is a no-frills hotel, so to be welcomed so warmly, and to find such an idyllic location (right next to the River Tormes, where you can swim, if you want) was a real pleasure. I didn't wait for Breakfast (10:00 on weekends), as I had to be on my way, but I will definitely keep this hotel up my sleeve for future journeys.

I was in a room in the eves of the building, so one side of the bed had a very low ceiling. It could be a problem for a couple.

Everything, lovely quiet village. Ideal for an overnight on way to Portugal.
