GBThe hotel was well situated in Plaza St Ana , with lots of restaurants in the square. We were in walking distance of all the attractions. The hotel was excellent, all the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and great value for money.
There was nothing that we didn't like at all. We would definitely go again, and we have recommended it to our family and friends.

Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr. Aufgrund der Lautstärke kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen.
AUIt was right in Santa Ana Square so you didn't have to go far to have meals, drinks etc. Breakfast was good . The staff very helpful

BRO hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é confortável. O horário do check-in (13:00) é excelente para quem chega cedo em Madrid, porém depende de haver quarto pronto nesse horário (eu não tive essa sorte, pois cheguei cedo mas só consegui entrar no quarto depois das 14:00).
O box do banheiro é muito pequeno (é difícil tomar banho e não esbarrar no controle do chuveiro). Tive um problema no check-in. Chegamos no hotel às 12:40 achando que teríamos que esperar 20 minutos pra fazer o check-in e entrar no quarto. Porém o funcionário informou que o quarto só ficaria pronto em 40 minutos (ou seja, 13:20). Então deixamos as malas no hotel e saímos pra comer alguma coisa. Retornamos às 13:40 e esperamos um casal que estava fazendo o check-in receber a chave e subir para o quarto deles. So então, às 14:00, finalmente fizemos o check-in, mas o funcionário disse que teríamos que esperar mais 15 minutos porque nosso quarto ainda continuava não pronto. Ficamos chateados com essa situação pois, além do quarto não estar disponível no horário previsto do check-in (13:00), ainda vimos um casal que chegou depois de nós receber um quarto pronto enquanto o nosso ainda estava indisponível.
