AULovely staff. So helpful and friendly!!! The location is good for sightseeing in Madrid. Most attractions are within 15 mins of walking. It is about 5 mins walk from the metro and train station of Sol where you can take the metro and suburban train to major train stations and to the airport terminal 4. Lots of eateries nearby. The buffet breakfast is good. Despite its proximity to Plaza Santa Ana, it is very quiet.
