Henkilökunnan sai kiinni puhelimella 100% ja ystävälliset vastaukset kaikkiin kysymyksiin. Huone oli siisti ja puhdas.

Huoneen varustelu oli aivan lähes nolla. Televisiossa ei ollut kanavia, jääkaappi ei toiminut, vedenkeittimessä ei ollut kannua, yhtään astiaa ei ollut, ei edes vesilasia. Ei yhtään pientä pyyhettä, molemmille toki kylpypyyhkeet. WC/suihkussa ei ollut mitään, millä kuivata lattiaa.Yksi henkari, ei kaappeja eikä koukkuja vaatteille. Sänkyjen vieressä ei valoja eikä katkaisijaa. Verhotanko putosi, kun verhoja yritti avata tai laittaa kiinni. Vessapaperia oli alle puolikas rulla. Henkilökuntaa emme tavanneet lainkaan, vaan kaikki asiat piti soittaa, lähtien ovikoodista.

The hotel is not very comfortable. The room was very loud, you could not sleep because of the water pipes being extremely loud when being used by other people. I reported it but no one emailed me back. There is no one at the reception to talk to. The worst place I have been to for a long time and it costs like a regular good hotel. I do not recommend at all. Keep way. I have filmed the loud noises in the room so this is not fiction.
