"Bon séjour dans un établissement orginal et bien placé."

Les ambiances des chambres. L'emplacement en plein centre avec tout à portée de piétons. Un petit déjeuner au service assez généreux. Restaurant avec une ambiance sympa.

Certaines chambres moins bien aménagées que d'autres.

Got the room on the top floor were i could see the village from above and the room had a second floor which i found very exciting! Also they have the restaurant downstairs which i visited for some authentic alsatian food! Great for solo travelers.

Not any coffee machines or kettle for tea in the room. Also not any water bottles upon arrival, nothing. You have to buy the watter bottles from the restaurant downstairs. Also pillows - bed were not comfortable

J’ai aimé la proximité du marché de Noël. Toute l’équipe était très sympathique. Nous avons mangé le soir et petit déjeuner très copieux. Merci à bientôt

Restaurant et proximité du marché de Noël

Avons eu un gros problème lors du séjour Une souris dans la chambre familiale, avons demenagé à 23h00... dans une autre chambre Une des autres chambres était infestée d insectes qui se sont propages sur le linge de toilette. Notre réclamation ne a pas êté entendu, la responsable a mis en doute notre bonne foi ( malgré les vidéos des insectes a la appui) Personne très méprisante qui nous a dit nous avoir demenagé en pleine nuit "pour la parade" Très très deçu du séjour. Nous ne retournerons plus dans cet établissement et ne le recommandons pas Aucun geste commercial n a êté possible. Patronne fermée. Impossible dialogue.
