If you plan to arrive outside of check-in hours, please contact the hotel by telephone before midday on your check-in day to obtain the entrance code and key instructions. Please note that the Hôtel de Troyes is open: - Monday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Tuesday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Sunday and public holidays, as usual, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per stay, per pet. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
