Zeer attente receptioniste en een mooi ingerichte kamer; mogelijkheid om onze fietsen te stallen (buiten, op de overdekte parkeerplaats).

De kamer was erg lawaaierig, in tegenstelling tot de beschrijving op Booking, waarin sprake was van een goede geluidsisolatie; we konden het gesprek van de buren volgen alsof ze in onze badkamer stonden.

Pour aller de Bretagne à l’Alsace en moto, je pensais prendre un hôtel « classique » genre Ibis, B&B ou équivalent, avec un parking pour la moto et un petit déjeuner pour nous. Mais ma femme et passagère préférée en a décidé autrement. Elle a choisi l’Hotel de Troyes, et elle a eu raison. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans cet hôtel indépendant bien tenu, très calme, avec un parking fermé gratuit pour les motos. Nous avons pu mettre nos produits alimentaires au frais, avant de suivre les conseils de notre hôtesse et faire un excellent (et copieux) dîner au restaurant l’Atlas du Maroc à 500 mètres de l’hôtel. Pour le reste, une grande chambre propre avec un grand lit très confortable, et un excellent petit déjeuner. Au final, une bonne expérience avec une dimension très humaine dans ce petit hôtel qui change des chaînes d’hôtels habituelles. Nous avons aimé et nous nous y arrêterons à notre retour.
