Please note that the gourmet restaurant "Verchant" is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The restaurant "La Plage" is opened everyday. A pre-authorization is done after booking. The credit card used for the booking and the matching ID card will be requested upon arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Alles was top, hele fijne ervaring. Spijtig dat we maar 2 dagen konden blijven.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en heeft ons en onze twee kinderen elke keer toegang gegeven tot de spa, ook al was het buiten de periode dat kinderen toegelaten waren. Misschien kan er meer dan 1u per dag toegang gegeven worden aan kinderen, bijvoorbeeld één tijdslot in de voormiddag en één in de namiddag?

Très bel endroit dans un écrin de verdure, la propriété et la bâtisse sont superbes. Le spa et les services du spa sont professionnels. L'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel. La suite junior est vaste avec de beaux parquets, domage que le mobilier (bureau et canapé) soit un peu désuet. Quelques rafraichissements à prévoir pour une catégorie 5*

Le service dans le restaurant la plage n'est pas digne des hôtels 5*, absolument pas professionnel.

Petit dejeuner exceptionnel

L'accueil pour un 5 etoiles est à ameliorer (plus de 5 minutes d'attente à l'accueil avant qu'une personne ne nous dise bonjour et qu'on s'occupe de nous) ainsi que la signaletique pour la réception lorsqu'on arrive en voiture (panneau quasi invisible et pas de plan du domaine) Spa : aucune information et accueil à l'arrivée
