Massages and treatments are available at the spa. Guests are required to book them in advance. Children of 16 years and younger cannot access the spa. The credit card used at the time of reservation must be presented at check in. Please note that pets are welcome for an additional fee of EUR 25. Please note that the gourmet restaurant "Verchant" is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The restaurant "La Plage" is opened everyday. A pre-authorization is done after booking. The credit card used for the booking and the matching ID card will be requested upon arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Installations fabuleuses, petite réserve sur le service 5etoiles."

Les installations sont exceptionnelles, le spa est fabuleux et le bâtiment ainsi que la décoration sont vraiment de qualité.

En revanche, la gastronomie n’est selon moi pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, nous n’avons pas fait le gastro mais le bistrot est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’il propose. Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles relais et château comme celui ci, manque de petits soins que l’on est censé retrouve lorsqu’on séjourne dans ce type d’établissement.
