Hotel vieillot et à l’ancienne mais le personnel était aux petits soins.

Zilch. It's abysmal

Avoid like the plague. The smell on entering was enough to turn your stomach. We told reception it was unsuitable but they charged us anyway. Elderly men and young women going and out of the hotel together. Says it all.

Despite having very few guests the hotel went to trouble to prepare an evening meal. The dinner was limited in choice but just about OK. The hotel offered a private lock up garage for my bike which was appreciated. The proprietor tried to help as much as possible.

This is an old and rather tired regional hotel which is showing its age. It is old fashioned and somewhat gloomy. My room probably hadn't been used in a while and smelled musty. The location is some way from the centre of Bar Le Duc (not that the centre had much to offer).

This is a bit of "À la recherche du temps perdu", a hotel of the 1990s. The place has seen better days, but everything is clean enough. The room was large and bathroom extra-large. It's been many years I took a bath in a bathtub. It was the cheapest place available in the town and I would go there again.

The walk from the train station is not long, but some houses and empty shops on the way show that the town has seen better days.

The accommodation is clean and provides breakfast, it’s good value. My motorbike was stored overnight in a garage.

From the outside it’s somewhat off putting, which doesn’t reflect on how it is inside.
