Great location, friendly staff, as advertised

No air conditioning, so difficult to sleep because of the heat wave.

I am very grateful for letting us check in 3 am in the morning.

Breakfast was cheap, 5 euros, and you had croissants, bread, butter, confiture, Nutella, coffee, orange juice. The hotel is really cheap and close to center, and Grotto, staff is friendly.

A bit more clean. Maybe soap included. But if you take into consideration the price, I highly recommend it if you want to save money and have a decent place.

Staff very kind and helpful. Plenty of privacy behind curtain in room. Central location close to metro. Very affordable with helpful staff.

Lockers in rooms are very small. There is a luggage area downstairs where you can keep luggage but it isn't staffed so if you need your luggage secure you'll have to pay for luggage storage.

Siamo stati solo due notti ed abbiamo trovato una camera accogliente e molto pulita anche se piccola, ma a Lourdes le camere hanno tutte queste misure. Struttura situata nel cuore di Lourdes, pochi minuti a piedi del Santuario.

Nulla da eccepire. Peccato che non funzioni la sala ristorante e la pizzeria ivi esistenti

Buena atención del personal y ubicación . Buen desayuno, acorde con el precio ( no incluido) .

Instalaciones muy antiguas y alfombra en la habitación ( polvo ).

Byliśmy gdy bylo 28⁰ i pokój był niesamowicie nagrzany ale byliśmy tez na poddaszu. Brak klimy.
