The location is good because it is not more than 1km from the main basilicas and near some café and a carrefour supermarket.

The cleaning is not its best although the facilities have not been renovated for long. You can see some mugs jumpling to your phone when it is dark. Anyways is is normal in Lourdes. If you look for comfort you have to find at least for a 4*hotel (in many other places 2* and 3* it is good but not in Lourdes). The thing I liked the least was the behaviour of the staff of the hotel when I noticed that the elevator didn't work well a couple of times. He didn't belive me (how I am going to lie in this). He treated me like I am fool but the truth is the elevator didn't work a couple of times when I was in my stage (3rd floor). They guy told me you have to press twice. I pressed 15/20 times. And I tried even call the elevator from other floors and didn't come. After pressing the button after a few secons the button switched off and it didn't come. Just a tip: "If you deal with customers don't treat them like if they are fool. They are probably smarter than you and even if they are really fool you shouldn't treat them that bad. Especially when they are right and the elevator doesn't work well. The last time when I complained that the elevator didn't work he said: "only to you".

Muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno es sencillo pero es suficiente. Es la segunda vez que me quedo acá y seguramente volveré.

La ducha es un poco pequeña, pero tenía buena presión de agua.

Good location, friendly and respectful staff. The lady in the reception in my last day helped me a lot because I was trying to get a taxi to the airport and it was quite difficult to get one at that time, but she was really concerned that I would miss my flight, she was lovely. The hotel itself is big and well structured, very close to the main streets and the sanctuary. Good wi-fi.

It's a bit noisy during the day, the building's acoustics aren't very good.
