Imaginarium rooms

Very central location and very handy having the restaurant downstairs. Good sized room and bathroom. All the facilities you'd expect. Good sound proofing from the restaurant and other guests but traffic noise as you'd expect in a town centre.

Let down mainly by the communication. No response to queries about the difference between the cancellation details on the booking page compared to the confirmation email. Being asked by the cleaner if we were staying another night the morning after the first of our three night stay. Personally would have preferred fewer air freshners and less scent on the bedding.

mattress seen better days, it was the most uncofortable night in really long time, room has been freezing cold, I had to wear everything from my suitcase to get warm, dirty windows, dust on the headboard, heating switched off in the middle of the night again so in the morning was freezing cold again

Loction

The room was clean. Good supply of hot drinks. Porridge pot and orange juice for breakfast

Restaurant not open on Monday so no hot breakfast available

It was only the basic breakfast

The only problem we had was with the bathroom basin tap. It was very stiff to turn in either direction
