Location was good. There were two breakfast members of staff, one male and one younger female who were both really lovely.

The room had a strong smell of bleach products that stung our eyes. The reception staff were not friendly. We have been to this hotel before, however, will not be visiting again.

The room was unbearably hot. The only reason we got the room was for one night so the only reason to use the room was for sleep. Couldn’t sleep because of the heat, no air conditioning and the window offered little help. On top of that the bed was really uncomfortable.

Lovely staff

I flipped my pillow after watching a bit of TV (cold side is better) and there was a blood looking stain on it, I was mortified. Your staff seemed very lovely and attentive at breakfast, so I didn't want to ruin their day mentioning this.
