Location great, breakfast good. The reception, lounge and dining room have all been newly decorated with new carpet as well. Very nice. Loved the photos on the walls of Torquay. Staff friendly, lift working.

Our room was very dated and needs a revamp. Window over looking back of hotel and Restaurant rooftop. Bathroom only had shower over the bath. No soft closure on toilet and toilet very noisy. Room was cleaned when we had placed the notice on door to say not to bother, so that was a waste of time.
