Orange Tree

The room was really good! I really appreciate the Nespresso coffee machine and breakfast. But by far the best part is to have a pub behind!!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice pub. Beer garden out front.

Thin walls can hear everything next door are saying. Loud music from below till midnight. Lady on check in didn’t really know how to work the check in system. Hotel tried to charge extra the morning of but when we rang up they honoured orginal price. Toilet sometimes flushes sometimes doesn’t. Theatre getting done up so work starts outside at 7am.

I am a keen returning guest. The rooms are all exquisite and super clean. The staff are very friendly and professional.

First time staying at The Orange Tree in Richmond. Absolutely great stay. Staff (particularly Ethan) were extremely helpful and engaging. Great value for money. The room was spotlessly clean, very quiet and the bed was really, really comfortable. Breakfast was superb. I’d recommend the French Toast! Good pub atmosphere in the main bar/lounge. Only 2 mins from Richmond train station and, for those going to Richmond Theatre, it’s only about 4 mins walk; so great spot. If you’re planning to stay in Richmond, the Orange Tree is our recommendation to you

Clean, comfortable and great location. The barman (JJ, I think) was very welcoming and helpful on arrival, and Ethan was great in the morning - thank you.
