It was close to the nature reserve at titchwell. The room was adequate.

It was all very bland and it was all about profit margins. Breakfast wasn't very good and never enough of things. Ie butter, milk, jams etc. Constantly having to ask for more which didn't always arrive. Evening meal read well but again bland and didnt contain elements advertised. Wouldn't recommend or revisit.

"Easy to book and a really comfortable short stay."

Under going improvement and had already got better from our stay last year. The improvements (eg to toilet facilities) will continue the overall standing of the hotel.

Bathroom a little small but completely functional. Shortage of staff at breakfast made it took longer than it needed to be (but we weren’t in a hurry so did not matter to us).

Room 19, fabulous. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and they really made an effort.

Fan in the roof never worked, they couldn't fix it either. The shampoo conditioner was really difficult to use
