Room was nice , bar was nice only one soft drink but watched a bit of the football

The wait to get my keys , was left at the bar for about eight mins with a case at my feet .

Beautiful room and on suite...couldn't fault the facilitys

Awful smell on the stair way to the rooms...we booked 3 rooms and 1 of them had the unpleasant smell in the room....room 5. Room 3 was beautiful and the on suite was absolutely gorgeous but the water took ages to leave the sink so maybe a drain problem...

Very disappointed in regards to breakfast on Friday morning. I requested tea and toast ( nothing else), but after a wait of approximately 15 minutes, there was nothing provided, and I cancelled the order and left.

The wash hand basin in room 2 is very small and was unable to fill kettle from tap ( used drinking glass to fill kettle).

Staff 10 out of 10 (Fantastic staff, a credit to the establishment) Food 9 out of 10 (good food and reasonably priced) Parking 9 out of 10 (great private parking facilities)

Noisy room from main road traffic. (room4) Tv in room didnt work correctly. connection problems (only two or three channels available) Very small bathroom.
