The Crown Inn

The room was perfectectly comfortable, clean and as described. While unfortunately the kitchen was closed the night I stayed there (I had been made aware well before hand and did know before I made the booking), I can testify to the food there being very good as I have eaten there before and actually did have lunch there the day before checking in. In addition, the location is excellent.

It would have been nice if the kitchen was open, but I had been made well aware that it wouldn't be before I made the booking, and there are quite a few other places very close by where you can eat. The only other thing that would have been great, but I already knew they did not have, would have been a mini fridge in the room, however again I was aware that they didn't have these and it is not a big thing!

Locatie en ontbijt. Kamer en badkamer waren heel netjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

Oud gebouw dat moet gerenoveerd. Er was niemand aan de receptie bij aankomst.

Decent continental breakfast though a cooked one would have been extra which at price paid seems outrageous, nice staff, good location.

Damp, flaking paint in bedrooms, filthy, disgusting carpet, shower head retainer broken, loose toilet seat, restaurant floor slippy with grease and filthy.

Great location , really great value for money
