Location.

Didn't think the room and food were good value for money. The Internet was intermittent and kept throwing you out, so you had to keep logging in which was not good when trying to work.

The hotel is well placed in the middle of town. Its comfortable. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was good. All in all a good hotel.

It's old and very creaky. The room was cold and radiators were not on.

Overpriced for what it is. Continental breakfast was very basic, could have had pastries and better stocked fruit.
