Breakfast was great, very tasty, plentiful and serviced quickly Peaceful location Comfortable room Friendly, welcoming staff

Ran out of toilet paper, but quickly given another roll as soon as we asked

dated but clean and tidy and value for money

Breakfast: very good Room: hot water supply erratic

On returning home, I received an email informing me that our stay had not been paid for. A number of points arise from this: 1 when checking in I was not told - but could easily have been - that payment was still due. 2 when checking out, the reception desk was unmanned so I left the key on the desk. There were several other keys there as well. 3 at no time was I made aware of payment status, so naturally assumed that payment would be taken automatically. I now understand that payment will be taken on the 30th May. That should be the end of the matter but it could have been avoided.

Three Wells B&B is olde worlde, the setting was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were two things The TV in our room didn’t work however it was quickly replaced when we went out. The mattress was too soft (my opinion)

Lovely welcome, property was in a lovely location

Room was a little tired and basic.
