The stairs. But Paul was very helpful with our suitcases.

The check in was simple and the gentleman that checked us in was very efficient

No mirror in bedroom , 1st night comfortable stay , 2nd night got in from being out with family , a band was playing downstairs in bar , the room was vibrating from the sound of the band I might aswell been in the bar as the noise was horrendous this carried on until 11.20 pm , wasn't informed that this would occur and i'd be likely to be awake until late into the night , all somebody had to do was warn us and I would have been realistic in my expectations , lack of communication regarding this matter

Comfort

Good central location, nice character features.

Lot of noise from pub downstairs and street outside. Coffee making in room but no spoons or milk/creamer. There is an option to park nearby for free overnight but staff didn’t know about it.

Great stay, staff very friendly and helpful, lovely room and so clean. I would recommend staying here. It was beyond my expectations.

Nothing negative to say at all

Everything ,except it would have been nice to have breakfast offered as we had to go out and the breakfast was a little disappointing.

Hotel was surprisingly quiet considering it was next to a pub on the high street and it was Saturday night. Room was a decent size and had a real bath

Plumbing was rather noisy No breakfast offered Bath was quite small
