Superb venue/hotel, all very professional and 'up-market'. Accommodation (for 4 of us) was more than acceptable and was made even better with the sea views of Robin Hood Bay etc in both of our two rooms. Well done for the two wedding venues that you now have set up, all very classy! Restaurant meals for breakfast, and evening meals, were a delight especially with very attentive staff/waiters/waitrsses etc. We live nearly 200 miles away and we would love to return to you again, and hope to anyway the next time we visit the east coast of Yorkshire. We also liked the business professionalism of providing numerous detailed invoices/receipts upon departure. May we wish you continued success for your future. 10 out of 10. The location is fantastic, the facilities are very good and the staff pleasant.The views over the Bay are spectacular. Breakfast is fine but not as good as previous visits.

The emphasis is now on weddings, the restaurant that was previously used for guests which overlooks the Bay is not in use.The new restaurant for guests is ok but a little dark with no view.

Great position, gardens and view

Great location for piece and quiet. Sadly our TV wasn't working, but on the bright side, we were given a much nicer room with a working TV.

The location of the dining/breakfast room didn't allow the view to be enjoyed.

The entrance and function areas seemed to be lovely. It was like they spent all their money on that and nothing on the rooms

The room I was given did not look like the photographs of the room I booked. And the lady at breakfast was not friendly at all.
