Owners were so lovely and friendly. Catered for our every need. Hotel immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options everyone had exactly what they wanted.

Nothing really although cherry on the top would be parking facilities. This was not a problem as the road next to the hotel had free street parking

The owners were great and made you feel welcome, place was very comfortable and clean and would defo go back again.

No faults at all

We felt very welcomed by our hosts, everything was very clean, breakfast was lovely. The beds were very comfy and it was a good two night's sleep. We sat in the bar with the children one of the nights we were there, the drinks were good value for money and we felt like we could relax and talk with our host which was lovely. We will definitely be choosing The Rutland again when we come to Blackpool next.

Was on 3rd floor which meant a lot of stairs

The staff are lovely, welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The breakfasts were tasty with plenty of options and cooked fresh to order and there's street parking round the sides of the hotel. The tram also stops just outside.

The owners Adrian and Kay were amazing hosts. Very friendly and so helpful on places to eat and visit. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and plentiful,from full English to a continental breakfast. Also the bar was a very nice extra touch. We enjoyed a nightcap after an evening out and about. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Rutland.

There was not anything to dislike.
