Great location. Spotlessly clean. Such a great welcome from the owners. Everything you could ask for and more. Couldn't fault anything.

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast-hot and quick service. Hotel at far end of the promenade so was quieter. Parking was available on the street only a few minutes walk away.

Steep stairs up to hotel room-not much that can be done about this but could've been tricky if you had mobility problems. It was a long walk back to the hotel from the Pleasure Beach-for some reason the tram wasn't running back that way after our day out-it would've been possible to get on a bus or taxi though.

The warm welcome by a warm but not intrusive landlady. Very clean well apointed public spaces with a personal touch you would expect from live in hosts. Nice bedrooms with clean on-suites.

We had a fantastic stay. 5 of us over 3 rooms to celebrate my 40th. Hosts were fantastic. View from the bar was lovely and relaxing. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. Definitely would stay again and so would my parents Thank you
