Beautiful gardens and wooded area for walks Stylish interiors Food was well presented Friendly reception staff

Room was very stuffy in the heatwave - Dyson fan inadequate Hall carpets worn and quite stained in places Serving staff inexperienced and quite slow. Could be more welcoming, they appeared constantly stressed. F&B over priced, especially for pre mixed cocktails Breakfast was not up to standard. Buffet only- had to ask staff to replenish dishes frequently. We actually had a better breakfast at a Holiday Inn recently.

Quiet, spacious and relaxing

The staff were very helpful, well trained professional approach. The room was air conditioned and comfortable location was ideal,close to Ipswich and A12 for other travel

Staff service in restaurant seemed to favour business guests, especially at breakfast. Check in and check out was not as professional as expected. No lift to rooms
