Small room at to of very steep and narrow stairs

As always, a great basic place. Everything you need for a one or 2 night stopover. It's very reasonable on price, but you get everything you need. Staff particularly nice.

The location was great as was right next to train station.

The room was small and ensuite was small I had to squeeze into it to use toilet and I'm not big build. Plug socket under sink what was right next to my bed not suitable. Decor all needs redoing and place smelt of weed when we arrived other ppl said same.

It was close to the place where we went .

Needs a paint in the rooms decor needs updating the bed lovely and clean and very comfortable. And the staff was great . I would stay again .

Location fabulous for Blackpool North Train Station, also short walk to promenade Room as advertised- small but perfectly adequate to use as a base, comfortable beds, tea & coffee facilities, own toilet & shower

Not ‘didn’t like’ more to be made aware of - room on 3rd floor, narrow stairs

The host was always available to assist.

Host rectified any issues.

Great place as always. Owners/staff very pleasant and helpful.

Nothing to dislike at all.
