Location and staff Dinner was excellent and good value We stay there regularly

The room was a bit jaded and very hot. Only one window opens a small amount

Tv remote not working. Sofa bed not so comfy.

A good size room, clean. It was very warm in the bedroom, but the staff was very helpful and gave us a fan overnight.

The shower over the bath. Didn't realise they didn't do breakfast in the morning.

For us the location was perfect, staff were super friendly and gave us all the info we needed for coming and going. The room was cosy and clean, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Its location to the park was perfect. Lovely staff. Rooms are very comfy and offer excellent value for money. Lots of on suite parking.

Sadly don’t offer breakfast but understandable why not.

A lovely looking property, staff were great and location was great.

Closes very promptly so no after hours room service. We had a large family room, situated just above the kitchen, the fans went on at 9:30am Sunday morning and brought with it the strong smell of chip fat. No ventilation or opening window in the small bathroom.

You get what you pay for. Sadly these days £100 is relatively cheap. There's nothing wrong with this place. It's a good size, it was clean and comfortable but it's not going to wow anyone.

The whole place looks a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint, new carpets etc
