"Not the best."

Friendly and clean.

We had booked a luxury room. When we arrived in the room was a list of information including the WiFi password, we needed the internet so put in the code. It didn’t work, we went to reception where we were told that the WiFi didn’t work in our room. That was very disappointing. After a long conversation we managed to change rooms for the second night of our stay but had to sacrifice our luxury room. Very disappointing. Breakfast only served between 9:00 and 10:00 after most people had left for the day. Again disappointing.

"Awful loud piped music and lack of atmosphere"

Visited this weekend for the folk festival ( none resident ).....very clean and tidy and the food very good but lacking in atmosphere been in previous years for the same festival and it was always a good venue with music sessions but after its refurb it lost its appeal to the musicians and followers .. and aVERY BIG NO to the awful piped music being played far too loud , very annoying ...

Evening meal was delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Fantastic that we could take our dog for the meals and to stay with us.

Not anything that I didn't like.

"Excellent, comfortable stay, good food and friendly staff."

Friendly welcome. Room was perfect and comfortable. We traveled with our dog and were able to eat and drink in the bar accompanied by our dog. Staff were friendly and the food was very good. Parking right at the back of the pub. Upton-upon-Severn is a nice place to visit, proper England!

We could not fault anything!

"Comfortable and relaxing in a friendly atmosphere."

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious. Our room was spacious and attractively decorated.

Only down side was being on a high floor, but we knew about that when we booked so no complaints for the hotel.

Wallpaper peeling off walls. Black mould around bath. Tired furniture. Key would not lock door
