Location. Friendly check-in and breakfast service

The breakfast. I ordered a bacon sandwich and the bread was dried out. My friends 2 poached eggs on toast were served on toast the was completely burnt black. Not great for £15.

"Another great weekend in Upton"

Its location is excellent, it’s a very old historic building , and the breakfasts are excellent . Also there is parking at the rear

The bar isn’t open very long on Sunday to Mondays and our room lacked coat and towel hangers which are simple to fit and very useful to have

"ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY"

Absolutely wonderful place. Lovely warm welcome. Arrived on 28th February and spent an hour or two in the bar. Lovely friendly helpful girl serving. Room was amazing. Tastefully decorated to a really high standard and had a slipper bath in it. Bed super comfy and huge. Bed linen just gorgeous and soft. Had a meal in the restaurant in the evening. Food was absolutely fantastic and we were served by the owner who was super friendly. Lovely lady. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
