Stayed in a sea-view room with a lovely and relaxing view Good location Breakfast was enjoyable and well prepared

Room facilities were quite basic No intercom, fridge, bottled water, or toiletries provided

A bit dated, and couldn’t use the pool by yourself.

Disablility parking was blocked, therefore not available. The room was in a narrow hall that was very difficult to turn a wheelchair to get into the room.

The location is great. The catering staff are kind

I arrived at the hotel in the early evening. The room was damp . We put the fun on in order to get rid of the mouldy smell . It smelled the same after 2 hours. We asked the receptionist if we could change room. He told me it was fully booked but there were many departures next morning and The dayshift receptionist could help me. I asked the dayshift receptionist next morning who told me she could only help me in the evening . I came back in the evening she told me it was fully booked again which I knew it was going to be her answer from the tune she served me in the morning. Another issue was the hair gel dispenser was dry when I was in the shower . My husband went to reception and the receptionist told him there were hair gel in the room. I had to stop my half shower and wrapped up my watery hair and went up to ask.
