"Great lodges with superb facilities a lovely site"

This is our fifth time to the resort great lodges very comfortable great facilities and lovely on-site pub

Had a few problems with the hot tub on arrival as it was cold, but this was soon sorted and we were able to use the tub that evening!

The lodge was lovely and spacious, the ho tub was good although not mega powerful jets. The restaurant and bar were lovely and reasonably priced. The beauty salon a fab addition for a lovely massage.

We were in an accessible lodge not very well planned out for wheelchair users. Ideally the ramp should have accessed the patio area so double doors could be used. The accessible shower had a super slippy base which really wasn't good. I was expecting a lakeside view as it leads you to believe thats what you are getting, not massive issue as it was lovely and peaceful The beds were really hard the staff will provide a topper if you ask.

Very clean, well equipped, quiet. Hot tub was lovely.warm and relaxing.

Food was not available at certain times. No club room. Bar and restaurant was in the same room. Personally i like to relax with a drink where no-one is eating. The double bed was extremely hard.

Lovely quiet location with a nice restaurant on site, staff very friendly.

No toilet brush.
