Lovely surroundings

We have been in a couple of days and leaving on Friday we have had some issues during our stay and we feel a little let down as this is our second time being here as we loved it so much the first time ( october 2024 ) The issues are as follows •Strong smell of Smell of urine in bathrooms and weren't cleaned ( limescale round the taps ) •Carpets are filthy ( need a serious clean throughout ) • double Bed extremely uncomfortable its like lying on a mattress topped on a divan base •tv remote broken batterys exposed having young kids and a dog not great when batterys keep falling out Its not a short journey for us its a 6 hour drive and me being disabled I rarely get time away from home its just disappointing as we love the place and the location and struggling to think of a good reason to return Regards

Beautiful and peaceful location. The hot tub with the lake view is 10/10. Spacious accommodation with everything you need. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

For the price, general cleanliness could be improved. Sofas and carpet need a deep clean. Mattress was not very comfortable. However this did not impact ours short stay and we will be back in future :)

Great facilities in the studio. Good restaurant with high quality menu. Friendly staff. Very peaceful and restful location. Good bus service.

Was a bit far from the coast and Lincoln - places we wanted to visit: but this is offset by being in the middle.

The quiet location but near to town centre a short drive away the restaurant on the park served delicious food

Nothing

Everything, especially hot tub , space between lodges, imitation wood burner was far more realistic than expected. Pleasant surprise to find EV charger near reception was free.

Could use some hook on back of bathroom doors.

Lovely relaxing place and in a good location to visit other places

We stayed in a lodge for 2 nights. Lodge was very poor. Dirty old furniture in the lounge, chair legs all wobbly, blinds broken and hanging off the windows. TV channels very poor some don't even work. Bathroom floor was a mess, all uneven and had a smell of damp so bad that we had to leave the window open. Stains on the furniture. Hot tub all stained and filter constantly coming out. Good points: bed was comfortable and it was warm.
