The room was large lovely and clean.

The breakfast cereal lacked fresh fruit and I feel Mrs Hall would be having a word with the butcher. Not the best quality sausage .

Don't really know where to start, our stay was excellent, the staff are very polite and helpful, the breakfast were great value, tge rooms are spotless and a good size, and the location is central.

Beautiful village and a lovely traditional atmospheric pub. The food and ale were excellent. Most of all though the staff were friendly, happy, attentive and a pleasure to talk to. The Devonshire 's association with the tv show" All creatures great and small " was very special. In fact filming took place during our stay.

Very clean, lovely All Creatures Great & Small named rooms - we stayed in the James Herriot room. We are in the restaurant and the food was lovely - large portions Breakfast was great
