The hovering at 7 o’clock in the morning and the gardener using the leaf blower at 8 in the morning

Friendly welcome, excellent breakfast choice and well appointed rooms. Great location for trekking the coastal path.

Limited menu choices and had run out of quite a few dishes on the Saturday evening for dinner.

"Excellent coastal location; so special with the South West Coastal Path passing through the grounds!"

Excellent breakfast and fantastic location and easy to get to. Lovely room.

In the bathroom, no shelf to put anything down! Table side bulb not working in Room 8. Tanglefoot ale , was far too cold ( it’s not a lager ! ) , not bringing out it’s good flavour!
