"Poor communication"

The location was great

Communication was terrible. I lost my key and take full responsibility for it. When I told staff obviously they were a bit annoyed which I understand. Not one of them informed me that £100 was been charged to me and taken out my account. I don’t mind paying, it was my fault but it caused a charge with my bank as I didn’t have the funds in my account. A heads up would have helped

Literally everything. The staff was welcoming lots of good facilities and very comfortable. I also like the views from outside the room.

The was room clean

Need update 1980 pine furniture carpets need replacing very old musty smell in room no shower only bath with shower head . View to a back alley not worth money

Lovely historical town right on the water. Gorgeous evening views over the water of the various bridges. Very kind staff.
