View of forth rail bridge and estuary

£200 a night and no breakfast. This wasn't a hotel it was an old pub for the locals offering some accommodation. On closer inspection the shower cubicle ceiling had a skim of mould, chain on wash basin plug broken. Domestic style electric shower. The outside rear of the building was tatty and dilapidated.

"Great Central Location with Stunning Views over the Forth"

Can’t beat the location, right in the heart of South Queensferry. Lovely local pub with decent pub grub and great staff. The room was huge, well decorated, comfy bed and absolutely stunning views over the 3 bridges. Really handy private car park to the rear. Anyone moaning about the noise - why stay in a pub? We enjoyed drinks until 1am downstairs and slept like babies. Would definitely return again.

The shower room could do with a make over to match the quality of the bedroom, the door kept getting stuck and you get stuck inside!

Great location, great room with a view of the bridges, nice & quiet even though there’s a pub downstairs!

It’s a shame there wasn’t a blind for the bathroom window, there was a cafe next to us, and showering when it was dark outside wasn’t ideal 🤣

Las habitaciones con vistas son geniales. Habitaciones pequeñas, pero cómodas y limpias. Las habitaciones con baño compartido, muy básicas pero el baño y ducha nuevos y limpios. Una buena opción para la noche anterior al aeropuerto o de llegada para empezar ruta al día siguiente. Un barrio singular, Buenos restaurantes.

El mobiliario de las habitaciones sin baño abandonado.
