"Awful, literally terrible-mean and cruel staff"

This was truly awful due to the staff. I felt they literally went out of their way to make my experience terrible. There were plumbing issues with shower, they would pound on your door at check out time to get out, almost refuse to get you a taxi… word around town is they are horrible to their staff and this carries down to how they treat customers -this place is a nightmare

This was explained in the last paragraph -this was the worse hotel in my 1 month hotel in the UK
