Polite,helpful, friendly stsff. Very accommodating with the dog. Excellent food.

Our room was very large and warm with a very comfortable bed. The staff tried very hard to look after us and they were friendly and willing. The food both at dinner and breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced.

I feel with few tweaks this could be a 10 out of 10 hotel, minor things like the washbasin not being cleaned one day, and towels not changed. No drama but needs to be worked on. My biggest gripe was that we came back one afternoon having missed lunch, we asked for sandwiches from the afternoon menu which was in our room and said these were available until 1800. At 1530 we were told the kitchen was closed as the chef had gone home and would not be back until later. I strongly feel that if a hotel offers something it should be available.

The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly

The bathroom radiator didn’t seem to be working so there was water running down the inside of the window and the bathroom was cold

No drama - everything was as it should be and staff were friendly. Good location for work, as not much else around the area.

Exceptionally beautiful setting a short walk from the village. Easy parking, clean comfortable room, great breakfast, nice evening meal and friendly staff
