Great location amazing food, comfortable room

There was a problem with their booking system, my card and multiple other customers cards were declined over a few days ;they told me this) - they said it’s a problem with the system so check-in took over half an hour, which was frightfully embarrassing and not even offered a free drink for the embarrassment caused & the stress levels

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent comfy beds. Wonderful food. Maddie was attentive, friendly and knowledgable.

Little too warm with all the radiators on at arrival. No lighting in the car park at night so could be dangerous on the uneven ground.

Pleasant room.

The room was very noisy, with the kitchen above until 10pm. There is no breakfast option available. The leaf blowers outside started at 7am. Won't be staying again.

Location perfect and would return in summer when could appreciate views from verandah. Storm when stayed! Bed very comfortable and shower room great. Plenty of coffee etc.

Room felt a bit claustrophobic. View from window was of bins outside.. suggest you could put some pots of flowers and move bins to elsewhere?

The room was freezing on arrival as radiator was turned off in the room. Charged for small glass of milk which I needed to take medication with. Have never been charged before so this was very disappointing especially as could have requested milk foc for tea/coffee in room as per information folder!!
