Unfortunately you could hear anything and anyone passing on the corridor, any small conversation sounded like they were in the room with us, probably the door is not sealed properly, is a shame that we were woken up at less 3-4 times during the night sleep, considering we really liked the room and the location of the hotel, plus good morning breakfast buffet offered too

Had a spa, large bar lounge area and big restaurant

A little bit tired, worn carpets in corridor and on some stairs! No lift

It was in a pleasant setting

It was shabby and in need of updating

The view the food the people , gym , swimming

The jacuzzi wasn’t working but it wasn’t working the year before

Excellent location, nice rooms, modern decor. Breakfast was amazing! The room was large & modern. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Ants in our ground floor room! The mattress on the bed was creaky on the left side & felt it had sunk over time, offering my partner no support. He did not sleep at all well & that in turn disturbed me! Both issues were reported to the Manager.
